Hi:) The Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief telethon raised more than $57 million, a new record for money donated by the general public during a disaster relief telethon. The $57 million does not include donations by corporations, large private donors and iTunes sales figures (where proceeds from the album will got to relief efforts), all of which are still being calculated.
